• The Office Manager (Full-time) will be responsible for helping to setup and run Chalk’s workplace
• You will play a critical role within the organization by helping the company to operate seamlessly and supporting the team to reach peak performance

• Open the office each morning and make sure we’re ready to kick off the day
• Greet visitors, interview candidates, and customers
• Keep the office stocked with supplies, meals, snacks, drinks and everything we need to keep our team happy and operating at a high level
• Select vendors, negotiate contracts, and onboard new suppliers
• Plan team events and offsites
• Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and general support for Chalk’s Co-Founders
• Additional opportunity to take on other operational roles at the company based on experience
