Sales Executive Team Lead, BizAway

• We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SE Team Lead (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team
• As a Team Lead, you will have a player-coach role, leading a small team of Sales Executives and closing contracts yourself
• Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract (As a TL you will carry a personal quota)
• Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.)
• Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
• Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to generate pipeline
• Contribute to the personal and professional growth of team members, providing individual coaching and training during Sales calls
• Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your (and your team’s) deal pipeline
• Collaborate with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop
• Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth
