Role
Who you are
- 3–5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in an operations or coordination role
- Knowledge of office operations, budgets, and an understanding of commercial lease basics
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with ability to work independently and multitask
- Excellent communication skills, including with international teams
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
What the job involves
- Corporate Services Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the operational effectiveness of Tricentis’ global workplace portfolio
- This role partners closely with Global Corporate Services leadership and regional Office Coordinators/Points of Contact to support daily facility operations, contribute to global process improvements, and assist with project coordination across Tricentis’ US, EMEA, and APAC locations
- Support the execution of Tricentis’ global facilities and corporate services strategy
- Partner with regional Office Coordinators/POCs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with office expansion, contraction, relocation, and site evaluation initiatives
- Maintain accurate global lease and property data
- Assist through the entire annual budgeting process for all global locations and prepare the final budget workbook
- Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with individual location budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional projects related to facilities and corporate services
- Assist with developing and implementing global processes and procedures
- Support new facility planning efforts
- Support contract review and evaluation
- Provide project management and operational support to Global Corporate Services leadership and regional team members
