Role
Who you are
- The candidate must be creative, analytical and hands-on with a strong bias to action, and have the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, loosely structured, highly dynamic environment
- Experience creating and running successful integrated marketing campaigns for different market segments (Enterprise, Mid Market, Cloud, Platforms), verticals and target audiences, e.g, security, finance, IT, C-level, etc
- Ability to optimize and analyze performance to revenue results
- Strong hands-on experience, proficiency and enthusiasm for using marketing automation, analyzing and manipulating data, and building reports
- Hubspot and SFDC
- Strong project management skills, accustomed to working to a budget and within strict timelines
- Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Global marketing perspective and experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years in Marketing
What the job involves
- Contrast is looking for a dynamic Head of Demand Generation
- This person will develop, plan, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities
- They will oversee teams and programs in NA, EMEA, and APJ
- Be a true and strategic partner of Sales and Sales Development and genuinely engage in an “allbound” effort that drives revenue growth
- Partner with Product Marketing to assure market penetration of the Contrast platform and solutions
- Develop high impact, demand generation programs across the sales cycle to generate new inquiries, qualify existing prospects, drive sales meetings and lead to high quality opportunities
- Select, develop and deploy multiple marketing tactics as needed: web content, landing pages, emails, webinars, papers, videos, infographics, direct mail, display ads, and field campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors to build high quality campaign content
- Engage with sales to define and train on their campaign responsibilities
- Mange peer to peer reviews and social media and blog and coordinate with PR and AR
- Create and manage campaign timeline; drive campaign execution and success
- Use Hubspot to set up, modify and execute emails, registration pages and workflows
- Use salesforce.com and Hubspot to measure and report on effectiveness of demand generation campaigns including leads generated, opportunities created, etc
- Monitor results and adjust campaign tactics quickly to optimize
- All operations and analysis/reporting as well as CAC analysis

As cyberattackers become more sophisticated, security software needs to do the same to protect an organization's technological infrastructure. But rather than having security software that performs disruptive scanning or specialized security experts, it is better for software applications to protect themselves. Less holes can be exploited if attack prevention features are fully integrated.
Contrast Security is a software security platform pioneering a new era of self-protecting software. The company claims that only its software contains sensors that are embedded within applications to uncover vulnerabilities, prevent data breaches, and secure the entire enterprise.
