What the job involves

  • Razer is looking for a talented marketing professional to be part of a fast-paced and highly impactful team
  • The Associate Director, Marketing is responsible for managing the Go-To-Market process for the Americas regions working with the global marketing team, business units, creative team, sales team, and finance
  • Drive the Go-To-Market process for Marketing in the region
  • Deliver a 360-degree comprehensive sustained marketing plan and execution to impact sales and market share objectives
  • Bring thought leadership to the Americas marketing team to deliver breakthrough marketing plans and execution leveraging regional and global marketing resources
  • Lead quarterly planning process ensuring alignment with key functional stakeholders
  • Partner with Business Units to execute campaigns managing from strategy to launch
  • Manage a process from briefing to execution by connecting teams and making sure information flows between stakeholders including digital marketing, PR, channel marketing, events, and partnerships
  • Manage marketing budget process from planning to monthly closuring with Finance
  • Manage KPI and develop reporting that communicates marketing results
  • Identify opportunities to drive product growth and user engagement
  • Review business analytics to support recommendations on strategy and investment
  • Conduct competitive product and marketing analysis
