What the job involves

Halcyon is redefining what security software can do, with a focus on anti-ransomware innovation
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a 6-10 person cross-platform endpoint development team—delivering next-gen protection for Windows, Linux, and macOS
Manage a cross platform Rust development team building for Windows, Linux and macOS
Nurture a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Work with development and research teams to plan, design and deliver features
Offer input on future direction and strategy of the Halcyon endpoint
Estimate and track team progress
Be active in the code review process
Mentor young engineers and future leaders
Develop deep product expertise to guide technical direction and unblock your team
Partner with the sustaining team to resolve customer issues promptly
Coordinate the agent release schedule
