Role
Who you are
- You are ready and willing to tackle any challenge, no problem too small
- You are self-sufficient, organized, and ambitious, with existing experience in L1/L2 ecosystem development
- Two or more years of experience in ecosystem growth/BD at an L1/L2 blockchain or similar (e.g. portfolio support at a venture firm), onboarding and growing successful projects from the ground up
- You are biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities
- You are no-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented
- You are an excellent speaker and writer
- You are personable and able to manage expectations across many stakeholders and multiple on-going relationships
What the job involves
- As Associate, Eco & BD, you’ll conceptualize, implement, and manage growth initiatives for early- to mid-stage builders across all verticals (DeFi, gaming, NFTs, etc) to become thriving ecosystem projects
- You will use creativity and data-driven evidence to identify which strategies and support verticals to prioritize
- You will manage, maintain, and improve internal and externally-facing systems and processes
- Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, including industry trends, emerging technologies, and key players in the crypto and blockchain space
- Identify, source, and onboard the right set of affiliate partners to align with the company's product goals and business strategy
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with top affiliates globally, ensuring long-term partnerships and mutual success
- Manage and optimize relationships with existing affiliates and clients, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with affiliate partners and internal teams to design and implement campaigns; work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address affiliate needs and ensure seamless integration and execution
- Maintain close collaboration with the Marketing, Operations, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure cohesive strategies and streamlined processes

Orderly Networks operates in the rapidly growing decentralized finance (DeFi) space, aiming to make crypto trading more efficient and transparent. DeFi allows users to trade without traditional banks, offering more control, but many decentralized exchanges face challenges like fragmented liquidity - something Orderly seeks to simplify.
Orderly Networks offers a trading system that uses an order book to match buyers and sellers, similar to traditional stock exchanges. It doesn't have its own front-end interface but serves as a platform for other developers to build on.
Recently, the company achieved a significant milestone with the launch of its $ORDER token, which will support decentralization and further growth. With plans to list its token on major exchanges and further enhance DeFi trading, the decentralized finance space is an exciting one for Orderly Networks.
