What the job involves

The Sales Development Representative will report to the SDR Manager
The team is at the front lines of the sales process, first point of contact for prospective customers, and plays an instrumental role in Brightflag’s success
Prospect into target accounts to source qualified first meetings for Sales Executives
Execute outbound campaigns through a blend of phone, email, and LinkedIn
Manage follow up with Marketing generated leads from content downloads, webinars, and events
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Brightflag’s solutions
Learn about key personas to drive desired outcomes from prospect engagement
Build and nurture meaningful relationships with potential customers
Create a positive impression with relevant prospects by providing timely, compassionate, and relevant responses
Effectively liaise between sales, marketing, and product

Our take

Managing legal operations can be a complicated matter, requiring expensive consultation, repetitive processes, and antiquated legal software. Whilst more modern legal software solutions make use of AI to automate some processes, these usually specialize in a specific area, leading legal departments and firms to juggle a convoluted stack of fragmented legal software tools.

Brightflag provides an all-in-one cloud-based legal operation management platform for the management of legal matters and requests, as well as invoicing, reporting, accruals and documents. The software leverages AI to provide intelligent insights on spending and legal management, whilst also capturing requests, providing human-interrupted legal expertise, and using AI-driven automated workflows to save time and money.

Whilst legal operation management software is not a unique concept, Brightflag has taken a unique position by integrating all necessary legal operation management tools into a single platform, preventing the need for convoluted software stacks. Off the back of an acquisition by Wolter Kluwer in 2026, the company continues to innovate, adding more advanced AI capabilities to the platform, and has gained recognition as a leader in the space.
