What the job involves

We're hiring for a Business Development Representatives who are interested in building their career with one of the fastest growing companies in retail automotive
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact for both potential and active customers interested in learning more about AutoFi
Generate new sales leads through calls to qualify prospects
Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action
Perform 60+ outbound calls day
Research 70 prospective decision maker leads a week
Schedule 13 qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales partners
Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career
Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce
