Role
Who you are
- 0-2 years of experience in project management or a related field is preferred, with a focus on media, creative production, or similar industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Eagerness to learn and develop project management skills within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for bringing clarity and structure to projects
- Basic proficiency in project management tools and Excel; familiarity with automation tools and creative processes is a plus
What the job involves
- We are seeking a proactive Project Executive to join our growing Platform Services team
- This entry-level role is designed to support our Project Managers in ensuring the successful delivery of projects
- You'll gain valuable experience in project management, working closely with our Creative Automation Experts and a variety of clients, ranging from emerging startups to established enterprises
- Client Interaction: Assist in maintaining open lines of communication with clients and external parties to ensure all project inputs are received on time
- Project Support: Support the planning and execution of projects under the guidance of senior project managers, ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivery timelines
- Task Management: Help prioritize tasks, track project hours, and maintain workflows, attending and facilitating meetings such as project kick-offs and stand-ups
- Risk Identification: Participate in identifying potential issues and risks, escalating them as necessary and assisting in creating action plans
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the Storyteq platform and stay updated on product developments
- Attention to Detail: nothing gets passed you without every detail being checked and quality is assured
