Role
Who you are
- You have at least 2 years experience working in a B2B Account Executive role. SaaS experience is ideal, however we’ll consider other industries as long as it’s B2B
- You can handle a high workload whilst maintaining professionalism and focus
- You have exquisite communication skills over the phone, via email or any other messaging platform that might be used
- You have a strong work ethic and a desire to be the best at what you do
- You are inquisitive, curious and eager to learn. You understand that product knowledge is key to success
- You are highly organised, have an incredible attention to detail and have a passion for new and exciting technology
- You believe in your selling ability and you can handle objections over the phone and in person well
- You are technically savvy and inquisitive: our product is evolving
- You can learn, use and understand all the product’s features so that our customers can get the best from our software
What the job involves
- You’ll be responsible for building and managing your deal pipeline with outbound and inbound leads, by utilizing our existing database of contacts but also through cold outreach, via LinkedIn, email or phone
- You’ll be responsible for carrying out product demos with potential clients and showcasing the benefits of our multiple products and services through mostly online product demonstrations
- You’ll be responsible for guiding prospects through our sales process, easily answering everything from straightforward to very technical questions, whilst handling objections along the way, with the ultimate objective of closing the deal
- You’ll proficiently conduct ‘discovery’, with an ability to uncover pain points, needs and challenges where necessary
- You’ll showcase your expertise in this competitive landscape, knowing how and why Commusoft stands out from our closest competitors
- Please note that for the first month you will be required to come in full-time 8am-5pm

Though field services companies are vital for the continued operation of just about everything, they have lagged behind other industries in having specialised solutions for managing their operations. Commusoft exists to change that, providing plumbers, electricians, builders, and trades companies of all stripes with a platform that allows businesses to plan and schedule jobs, provide costing and quotes to customers, and handle client communications from a single application.
While other companies are operating in the field, Commusoft stands out in the market with its focus on its simplicity and digital invoicing functionality which is far more flexible than that provided by competitors.
Commusoft was founded in the UK but in 2019 began its international expansion, opening an office in Chicago to grow into the North American market. Having established a strong presence in the UK its main objective is currently to grow its market share in the US, recruiting teams on both sides of the Atlantic to capture a piece of the enormous American field services sector.
