- Proven experience building and operating systems at scale using AWS services
- Expertise in high-availability, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed systems

What the job involves
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering changes through continuous integration and deployment, using your creative problem-solving skills to meet customer requirements
- You'll be part of a dynamic team managing the core technology infrastructure, where you'll have the opportunity to set up build pipelines, select web server technologies, design hosting architectures, and organize repositories
- Investigate and solve complex problems, identifying root causes to prevent incidents
- Research and document solutions within Atlassian’s Connect and Forge platform constraints
- Design systems and architecture to implement scalable solutions for customer requirements
- Build and test serverless applications, define application stacks, and create automated deployment plans
- Migrate high-traffic systems to new designs without downtime
- Monitor and debug services, configure valuable alarms, and analyze logs for performance insights
- Evaluate systems for operational reliability and identify improvement opportunities
- You'll participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, retrospectives, peer code reviews, and pair programming sessions. Your role will also involve overseeing platform monitoring and scaling, responding to alarms, and managing incidents, contributing significantly to our engineering decisions and practices

Worked as a Senior Security Consultant for Barclaycard, and was Director of WTG. First joined Adaptavist as a Board Advisor, and was made CEO in 2010.

Reece joined TAG as an Associate Software Engineer in May 2019. Within 5 months, they advanced to Software Engineer, then to Senior in under two years, and by September 2024, became Staff Engineer.
Sarah joined TAG as a Project Manager in 2017 in the Toronto office. They found their true calling in Sales and made an internal move a couple of years later and have since advanced to become a Strategic Sales Executive.
Rodrigo initially worked with TAG as a Contractor before joining the UK team permanently as a Commercial Operations Analyst. Since then, they moved to the Madrid office as a Business Operations Manager.
