• As the Senior MD, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our business in the UK and EMEA market while representing the interests of the UK and EMEA regions
• This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of sales, account management, and revenue generation
• You will work closely with the US executive team, ensuring the UK/EMEA perspective is considered in strategic decisions
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the UK market, while supporting the wider EMEA growth strategy
• Lead and manage the UK sales team, including setting performance goals, providing coaching, and driving results
• Identify and target new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the PropTech sector
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of targets
