• 7–10 yrs PMM in consumer fintech, payments, or high-velocity marketplace; proven 0→1 and 1→N launches
• Mastery of activation levers: App-store CRO, onboarding optimization, lifecycle trigger design
• Fluent in growth analytics; SQL competency (Looker/Amplitude) to self-serve insights
• Spanish-English bilingual required; cultural empathy with immigrant communities
• Executive-level communication—slides, docs, and stand-ups that drive alignment and decisions
