What the job involves
- You’ll be a key member of a new team that has lots of potential for growth
- Focused on Connectd's premium product delivering services to our member base
- Speaking to dozens of founders a month to investigate their business needs; these conversations will inform how the business will be able to support our members and help their companies grow
- Managing members based globally, with a focus on the UK and USA
- You will become intimately acquainted with the founders within our network but without the constant maintenance of the relationship
- This role will be responsible for meeting monthly targets to identify the business needs of our members
- Conducting outreach to our members to understand customer satisfaction and requirements
- Liaise with our founder acquisition team to help streamline their processes and target the most valuable customer profiles
