Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing for a technology company
- Demonstrable B2B marketing experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A results-driven marketer with a strong track record of managing end-to-end campaign execution and delivering results
- Knowledge and experience with modern demand generation and integrated marketing, knowing when to deploy each type of activity for maximum effectiveness
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, problem solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating compelling content across various formats
- A collaborative team player with experience working across departments to achieve shared goals
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave
- In this role, you’ll work closely with the Demand Generation Manager driving key marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across multiple channels

- Strategic Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and increase brand visibility for our Locker solutions
- Demand Generation: Grow the marketing and sales funnel through execution of demand gen strategies creating and qualifying leads through multiple lead-generation initiatives including SEO, PPC, paid media, email marketing, events and content creation
- Content Development: Collaborate with the local teams to write, edit, and produce engaging content for various channels, including website content, emails, and social media to engage and attract target audiences
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights, optimize marketing efforts, and provide strategic recommendations for future initiatives
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Demand Generation Manager UKI to assist with the creation and delivery of the Marketing Plan and results
- Ensure close collaboration and teamwork across the entire Marketing team to deliver departmental objectives
- Market Intelligence: Ensure an ongoing knowledge of market staying up to date with market trends and competitor activity
