What the job involves
- Keywords Studios now has an exciting opportunity for an experience Office Administrator to be a part of its growing and dynamic Office Team
- This position will work under the Studio Operations Manager in support of office administrative and facility needs
- As part of this role, you are going to be a key member within the Dublin office, focusing on a wide variety of tasks
- Joining our team as an office administrator offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a globally recognised video games and entertainment company at the forefront of innovation
- This position is office based and provides career development into an Office Management Role, working under the Studio Operations Manager and will offer support as you progress into this role
- Monitor and manage office and studio supplies, furniture, subscriptions, appliances, electronics, and snacks as required
- Providing support organising company events as needed
- Organise maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe while ensuring facilities are in good working order and compliant
- Maintaining a professional relationship with vendors
- Responsible for Postage, Co-ordination of courier service providers, mailing, shipping, and billing
- Maintain office procedures including H&S, security and access cards
- Book Transport and accommodation for visiting colleagues or talent
- Support in welcoming talent, clients, and colleagues to the office during visit
- Assist with the induction of new Employees and maintain a positive work environment
- Miscellaneous Admin support
- Being a key leader in the First aid and Fire Warden teams
- Support senior management & co-ordinate with other departments
- Providing support in key Studio projects
- Lend support to the studio as needed
