Who you are
- Bring 10+ years of progressive People Ops experience, preferably having seen scale from 500-1000+ employees
- Have proven experience in HR technology and system implementation, preferably with HRIS
- Have strong technical expertise in configuring systems, security, and analytics
- Bring demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Have knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bring strong project management and organizational abilities

What the job involves
- You will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our People Operations function
- Work closely with our talented People Operations team to drive strategic initiatives that are crucial to the success of our organization
- Overseeing all aspects of People processes, from maintaining accurate employee data to spearheading compliance efforts
- You will be responsible for optimizing and managing People systems, ensuring they align with our evolving needs, and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our People Operations function
- Make a significant impact on our company's growth and the well-being of our employees, while championing a culture of excellence and innovation in People Operations at Cribl
- Strategic Leadership:
- Lead and oversee the People Ops team and project implementations related to People Ops technology, ensuring successful execution
- Utilize technical expertise to configure roles and permissions, establish robust system security, define business process workflows, create custom reports, design dashboard metrics, and integrate necessary files to enhance efficiency
- Integration and Optimization:
- Collaborate with functional leaders to optimize and seamlessly integrate internal system modules with 3rd party systems, with a focus on enhancing the overall employee experience
- Leverage external platforms to provide Cribl employees with the best possible HR system experience
- Technology Management:
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of People Ops Technology and systems, including maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements
- Lead the implementation project for the new HRIS, ensuring a smooth transition and efficient utilization of the new system
- Security and Permissions:
- Design and manage roles and permissions within the HR system to safeguard sensitive employee data and ensure data privacy compliance
- Implement and maintain system security measures to protect against potential threats
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Identify and configure meaningful analytics that provide valuable insights into HR processes and employee data
- Integrate these analytics into real-time dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making within the organization
- Process Streamlining:
- Utilize system tools and interfaces to streamline People Ops processes, reducing manual efforts and enhancing overall efficiency
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Methodology and Procedure Development:
- Determine methods and procedures for new assignments and projects within the People Ops function
- Exercise judgment in selecting appropriate methodologies and evaluate complex techniques and criteria to achieve desired results
- Benefits and Global Expansion:
- Lead the development of benefits selection and strategy, ensuring competitive and attractive offerings to Cribl employees
- Oversee global expansion initiatives, particularly the expansion into Germany, ensuring compliance with local regulations and successful integration of new employees into the Cribl culture

In a bid to simplify big data analytics, Cribl offers a data observability pipeline which allows users to reduce low value data, improve routing and gain more data context on one interface.
As companies now collect more and more data from frequently scattered sources, its useability and reliability comes into question. By offering an observability service, Cribl allows users to maintain the health of their data systems by monitoring, tracking and troubleshooting issues.
Cribl's main challenge will be competing with the likes of Observe and Edge Delta. However, Cribl has raised impressive funds that should accelerate its transition from a limited tool vendor to a fully-fledged observability suite. The company also boasts surpassing $100 million in annual recurring revenue, having grown this from $1 million in less than four years.
