- Academic Background: You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally in Human Resources, Business School, or a related field, and this is your mandatory end-of-studies internship

What the job involves
- Duration: 6 months, starting in January 2026
- We're looking for our next Talent Acquisition Intern (F/H) to join our dynamic HR team and help us scale our Business operations! This is a 6-month, end-of-studies internship where your impact will be immediate and visible
- Direct Report: Margot, our HR Business Partner.You will be an integral part of the HR team, closely working with Astrid, our Talent Acquisition Manager, and having visibility across all teams (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.)
- As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be a true partner in growth, focusing primarily on finding and attracting top profiles for our teams in France and internationally
- Sourcing & Headhunting (Strong Focus): Master the art of hunting for passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized job boards. Your mission is to build a solid pipeline of high-potential talents
- Candidate Experience Management: Handle the entire recruitment process for your assigned roles, from the initial screening calls to organizing interviews and gathering feedback. You are the face of Implicity!
- Employer Branding & Projects: Contribute actively to projects aimed at improving our candidate experience, boosting our visibility on social media, and refining our recruitment materials and tools
- This is a deep dive into the fast-paced world of a scaleup. You will be accountable for:
- Pipeline Generation: Achieving weekly and monthly targets for qualified candidates sourced and added to the pipeline for different roles (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
- First-Level Screening: Conducting engaging and effective initial screening interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit, motivation, and skills
- Data & Tracking: Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a clean recruitment funnel

Our take
The MedTech boom has seen many innovations through the 2010s, and Implicity, a remote patient monitoring and cardiac data management company, has definitely had a clear lineage of growth since its founding in 2016.
Implicity develops software to monitor and analyze the information from pacemakers and cardiovascular devices to aid physicians and healthcare professionals through all stages of a patient’s treatment. However, maintaining growth on one product alone is hard, especially with so much MedTech competition. Implicity remedies this with its other product, a data analysis platform that uses AI and cloud technology to analyze the devices linked up to its aforementioned pacemaker and cardio health platform. Implicity leverages this data for use in patient management, clinical studies, and R&D.
Playing both fields of MedTech has diversified the draw for hospitals and companies to Implicity. It continues to update and diversify the double offering via updates to its systems with the company hoping to exemplify the continued innovation that is key to MedTech company growth.
