• In this role, you will architect the systems, processes, and rituals that will enable our organization across hundreds of employees spanning both our corporate and clinical teams

• You will be the strategic architect of Midi’s internal communications program. Reporting to the VP of Communications, you will have a blank canvas to design how we communicate, how we celebrate wins, and how we navigate the complexities of a matrixed, rapidly evolving organization
• Strategic Roadmap: Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that supports Midi’s business goals and reinforces our mission-driven culture. Set an inspiring vision and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
• Executive Partnership: Act as a primary advisor to the leadership team, establish their voices and swim lanes, and craft impactful messaging for All Hands, internal memos, and sensitive organizational changes
• Matrix Navigation: Work fluidly across Clinical and Corporate teams to ensure the right message to the right audience at the right time while strengthening our “one team” mentality
• Creativity & Content: Develop creative content programs—from video and podcasts to interactive digital experiences—that capture the hearts, minds and attention of our employees
• Crisis & Change Management: Exercise strong judgment in high-pressure situations, providing steady guidance and clear communication during periods of rapid change or organizational shifts
• Infrastructure Building: Create the right pipes for information to flow. Evaluate and implement the right tech stack (Intranet, Slack protocols, feedback loops) and build with an AI-first mentality
