- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a strategic People Business Partner supporting senior executives
- Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management
- Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive business and people strategies
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Experience leveraging People analytics and HR technology (Workday experience required) to support business decisions
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Experience in high-growth, technology, healthcare, financial services, or similarly complex organizations
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Prosci, or other HR and change management certifications are a plus
- Experience supporting global teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
What the job involves
- As a Senior Director, People Business Partner, you will be tasked with partnering with executive leaders in shaping organizational strategy, talent priorities, and workforce transformation
- This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness through organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, change management, and talent strategy
- The Senior Director will lead complex People initiatives that align business objectives with people strategies, enabling organizational growth, building leadership capability, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture
- Partner with executive leaders to develop and execute People strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth
- Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives, including organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and operating model changes
- Coach senior leaders on organizational leadership, talent management, change leadership, and team effectiveness
- Drive talent strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability planning
- Utilize People analytics and workforce insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize organizational performance
- Lead complex employee relations matters, providing guidance that balances business needs, employee experience, and compliance
- Partner with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and People Operations to deliver integrated People solutions
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance
- Oversee a team of two People Business Partners and one People Generalist

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.
The company has expanded beyond endpoint security into a broader AI-powered cybersecurity platform spanning endpoint, cloud, identity, and IT operations. This gives SentinelOne access to a larger enterprise market, although it also it also places the company in direct competitions with established cybersecurity leaders, including its biggest rival, CrowdStrike.
