Who you are

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and excited to contribute to both recruiting and people operations functions
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related role
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling, Ashby, etc) is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership

What the job involves

This role will play a key part in managing the recruitment process, supporting people operations, and enhancing the employee experience
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling across technical and non-technical teams
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility. We use Ashby at Luminai
Assist in employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn posts and career events
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
Help manage employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and recognition programs
Maintain core office tasks such as communication with janitorial and service staffs, restock orders of office snacks, and maintaining new hire desk set up orders
Provide administrative support for People Operations projects and initiatives
