Role
Who you are
- You’ll need to be fluent in selling into organisational decision-makers in HR and developing campaigns that resonate with senior leaders
- Above all, you’ll thrive on innovation: finding new ways to create demand, influence complex stakeholders and accelerate deals
- 8+ years in marketing to HR and/or transformation teams
- A creative problem-solver who can find multiple ways to crack the same challenge
- Commercial focus, with a test-and-learn mindset and clear eye on ROI
- Comfortable balancing inbound and outbound, and shaping ABM strategies as well as broader demand-gen
What the job involves
- To achieve our mission at scale, we partner with the UK’s leading employers and benefits platforms to bring personalised financial planning to hundreds of thousands of employees
- You’ll design and execute marketing strategies that fuel growth across workplaces, shaping the way we reach, win and retain clients
- This is a role for someone equally confident in strategy and execution - able to design a commercial plan, create standout content and problem-solve creatively across inbound and outbound channels
- Success in this role is grounded in:
