Who you are

1-4 years of software engineering experience. We are open to recent college graduates candidates who demonstrate exceptional technical depth
Proficiency in Typescript, React, NextJS, and other web technologies
Proven track record in developing exceptional software, especially in enterprise
Prior experience in AI and large language models is a plus but not mandatory
Extreme care about the end user experience and take pride in building exceptional products
Demonstrated passion for start-ups or early-stage companies
UI/UX and product design experience is advantageous, particularly for front-end focused roles

What the job involves

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to design and enhance the core platform that powers Vultron’s intelligence engine
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to revolutionize government contracting and procurement workflows
Address complex engineering issues in applying Large Language Models (LLMs) to real-world data
Work closely with customers to rapidly improve user experience, performance, and security
Play a vital role in expanding and mentoring our early engineering team
Develop and Refine Products: Build and enhance our core platform that powers Vultron
Make an Impact: Collaborate with our teams to revolutionize government contracting and procurement operations
Solve Unprecedented Challenges: Address complex issues in applying LLMs in government-related settings
Rapid Iteration: Iterate closely with customers to improve user experience, performance, and security

However, preparing proposals in response to government Requests for Proposals (RFPs) can be both time-consuming and expensive.

Vultron is transforming the proposal development process for the public sector with its AI-powered platform, which embeds domain-specific capabilities throughout the federal proposal lifecycle. This approach streamlines workflows, enabling contractors to produce high-quality proposals more efficiently and at a lower cost.
