Director of Operations, SEON

• 5-10 years of experience in operations or project management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong ability to align operational processes with long-term strategic goals and to anticipate the company’s future needs
• Excellent executive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex operational issues into actionable insights

• The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the company’s operational strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between the executive team’s strategic objectives and the operational teams
• This role will take ownership of facilitating quarterly strategic alignment meetings, managing cross-functional projects, and driving continuous improvement across all operational processes
• The Director will lead the operations team and be responsible for translating high-level company goals into actionable projects and will report to the COO
• Strategic Alignment: Lead quarterly sessions with the executive team to align on organizational strategy and translate this into an actionable roadmap for execution across departments
• Operational Leadership: Oversee the operations team to ensure accountability for the timely and successful delivery of projects and initiatives
• Governance & Accountability: Manage the governance structure for the executive team, including the development and tracking of executive meeting cadences, board meetings, and strategic alignment off-sites
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement scalable processes that improve operational efficiency across the organization, working with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the operations team (including Operations Specialists) to ensure professional growth and effective performance
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track key operational metrics, enabling data-driven decisions within the company
• Executive Support: Work closely with the executive team to facilitate strategic decision-making, offering operational insights and recommendations based on company data and objectives
