Staff AI Engineer, Picsart

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in model inferencing, software engineering, and experience with key technologies such as Python, Kubernetes, TensorRT, FastAPI, and Ray
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including Algorithms, Data Structures, Distributed Systems
• Experience in deploying and managing machine learning models in production
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and logging/monitoring solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• We are looking for a highly skilled Staff AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain a robust model serving platform
• This platform will be instrumental in deploying AI models efficiently and at scale
• Design and develop a scalable and cost efficient model serving platform
• Implement and optimize machine learning models for deployment
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and performance
• Ensure secure, compliant, and automated deployment processes
• Develop RESTful APIs with FastAPI for model inference services
• Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand model serving requirements
• Continuously explore and integrate new tools and technologies to improve the model serving infrastructure
