Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in AI, cloud, or enterprise software
- Proven expertise in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging, with experience translating technical concepts into compelling narratives
- Highly skilled at crafting impactful marketing content, including tutorials, landing pages, and case studies
- Ability to maintain high-quality outputs amidst fast turnaround times and navigate ambiguity effectively
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance
- Understanding of the visual media generative AI ecosystem and active experimentation with generative AI tools
- Understanding of enterprise sales motions, ABM strategies, and buyer personas in technical B2B markets
What the job involves
- Stability AI is seeking a B2C Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute positioning, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and engagement of our flagship application for creative professionals
- Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, this role will shape the narrative around our product making sure it resonates with professional creators. You’ll work closely with product, research, growth, creative, community, and finance to ensure a seamless user journey from awareness to adoption
- This is a unique opportunity to be the founding Product Marketer on a generative AI application and play a key role in transforming professional visual media creation
- This role will require an understanding of professional creative tools and the generative AI ecosystem
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the benefits and differentiators of the product
- Lead pricing strategy and competitive analysis, ensuring the application remains industry-leading and aligned with user needs
- Own the go-to-market strategy, ensuring the successful launch, adoption, and ongoing promotion of new features and products
- Partner closely with the growth team to align on acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts, ensuring messaging and content support the full customer journey
- Collaborate with creative, community, and social teams to develop engaging marketing assets that drive awareness and adoption across multiple channels
- Develop product education materials to support adoption and retention
- Track and analyze product adoption and user feedback, using insights to refine messaging, content, future go-to-market strategies, and to inform the product roadmap

Through collective intelligence and augmented technology, Stability AI is helping research communities develop cutting-edge AI models for image, language, audio, video, 3D content, biotech and other scientific research.
Working in partnership with Amazon Web Services, Stability AI's latest release, Stable Diffusion is a text-to-image model that utilizes the Ezra-1 UltraCluster (the world's fifth-largest supercomputer). The model quickly proved to be a success, with four of the top ten applications on Apple's App Store being powered by Stable Diffusion after just one month.
The company is also focused on expanding its creative sector offerings, recently hiring legendary filmmaker James Cameron to bring an artistic perspective to its suite of storytelling tools.
