Head of GTM & Commercial, Kinrock

• You have 3–8 years of experience in business operations, product, account management, or commercial roles in B2B SaaS or services
• You’re commercially sharp and operationally strong — able to own revenue, delivery, product, marketing, and client satisfaction simultaneously
• You have strong CRM experience — comfortable managing data, workflows, and pipeline reporting using tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent
• You’re confident leading client engagements end-to-end, including demos, onboarding, support, and account growth conversations
• You’re experienced managing delivery timelines and coordinating inputs from contractors or cross-functional contributors
• You’re metrics-minded — able to track usage, identify client risks or upsell opportunities, and improve processes based on performance data
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear with clients, structured with internal updates, and reliable in a fast-paced environment
• You’re hands-on with Canva and video editing tools like Camtasia or Descript for light media work and brand upkeep
• You’re excited by the opportunity to run and grow a business unit independently ("solo CEO" role to start) — with the potential to build a team as the business scales

Desirable

• Take full ownership of Microw — Kinrock’s white-labeled client training portal for MSPs — including client success, platform delivery, and commercial growth ("solo CEO" role to start)
• Lead all client interactions, from product demos and onboarding through to ongoing support, renewals, and upsells
• Manage and evolve a library of 500+ bite-sized training videos across Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and other key software tools
• Coordinate contracted certified trainers to develop new or updated content based on client needs and roadmap
• Oversee production workflows and manage freelance editors to ensure quality and delivery speed
• Use Canva and light video editing to maintain visual standards and update media assets when needed
• Collaborate with a part-time developer to maintain and enhance the portal, manage SSO and white-labelling, and resolve platform issues
• Own internal processes, documentation, and performance tracking across delivery, support, and commercial operations
• Report to the Kinrock MD, with full accountability for the unit’s performance — including the opportunity to hire and scale as the business grows
