What the job involves
- Join our team as the Sr. Marketing Events Specialist to lead, organize, and execute impactful regional and international events
- You'll manage budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver compelling event content
- Post-event, you’ll analyze outcomes to drive continual improvement

- Create and manage regional and international events
- Deliver regional and international event content to the sales teams
- Engage with sales teams by delivering relevant event content to help achieve event goals and increase sales effectiveness
- Manage and maintain regional and international event budgets
- Site selection
- Coordinate logistical elements for regional and international events
- Organize marketing materials for regional and international events
- Coordinate the development of all necessary marketing materials for events, including digital and print collateral
- Manage the exhibit house for the portable program
- Manage the exhibit house for our portable program, ensuring materials are available, organized, and updated as needed
- Process payments and invoices for regional and international events
- Engage with and maintain relationships with vendors
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing
- Post-event reporting
- Develop a variety of event concepts
- Write a post-event reports to debrief what went right and what can be improved upon
- Support the reconciliation of the marketing expenses and credit card charges
- Capture feedback to improve future event planning and execution continually
