Sales Operations Analyst, MongoDB

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional work experience, ideally in a quantitative, analytical, or strategic role
• Core Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data modeling and analysis
• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau or equivalent business intelligence tools
• Analytical Mindset: Proven experience working with large datasets to conduct analysis, identify data trends or issues, and quantify business impact
• Problem Solving: A proactive approach to navigating ambiguity, with the ability to help distill high-level business needs into structured, actionable tools
• Communication: Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and efficiently to non-technical, cross-functional partners

• Support project management: Help plan, organize, and track the progress of data analysis projects, learning to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
