Role
Who you are
- Proven outbound SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS (mid-market or above strongly preferred)
- Clear evidence you can prospect to senior buyers and qualify with depth (not just “book and hope”)
- Comfortable being phone-forward; experience with power-diallers and call coaching
- Experience partnering with AEs (or a closing function) with disciplined handoffs and shared learning loops
- Signal-based/intent-led outbound experience (trigger events, buying signals, engagement signals)
- Experience selling into revenue leadership personas
- Creative outbound portfolio (examples of high-performing sequences, call scripts, or creative angles)
What the job involves
- Run high-quality outbound prospecting to senior revenue stakeholders (e.g., VP Sales, RevOps, Sales Enablement, CRO)
- Execute signal-based selling: use buying/engagement signals to prioritise accounts and tailor outreach
- Own your daily activity plan across phone + email + LinkedIn + creative channels; build/iterate sequences
- Use a power-dialler and structured call blocks; continuously improve talk track and objection handling
- Qualify opportunities with rigour (problem clarity, urgency, stakeholders, next steps) and pass complete context to AEs
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: accurate stage/notes, account maps, and reason codes
- Share what’s working: weekly learnings on messaging, segments, objections, and conversion rates
- You consistently create high-quality meetings that convert into sales-accepted opportunities
- Your outreach improves over time: better conversion, clearer messaging, and sharper targeting
- AEs love your handoffs: concise, correctly qualified, and with momentum
Application process
- Initial screen (20–30 mins): motivation, outbound experience, compensation expectations, hybrid suitability
- Hiring manager interview (Sales Manager/CRO): detailed walkthrough of outbound motion, qualification, learning loops
- Practical exercise: 1) Written outreach: 2–3 sequences (email + LinkedIn) for a chosen persona 2) Call role play: 10-minute cold call + objection handling (using a dialler-style cadence)
- Values interview + final decision meeting (CRO + CEO)
