Who you are
- Have experience creating a wide range of graphics and videos for corporate purposes
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma and Google Slides
- You can admit when you don’t have an answer, but take the initiative to learn
- Ability to grasp multiple design requirements with careful attention to detail
- Portfolio requirements: We’re looking for a portfolio that shows your skills in illustration, icon design, presentation decks and user interface designs, along with examples of animation and videography
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing

- You’ll join a global product team working across the United States, Europe, Singapore and India
- You’ll own design throughout the product development lifecycle and work on a range of projects, from designing industry-disrupting 0-1 features to making improvements to our existing features based on user feedback
- The product design team is a team of passionate UX designers, digital designers, content designers and researchers with a big voice in Workato’s most strategic, important initiatives
- If you love working on complex problems, have experience working in cross-functional teams towards the simplest design solution, and are passionate about solving complex problems and working with great people, you’ll fit right in!
- Create designs for a variety of branded marketing and internal content including presentation decks, one-sheets, as well as digital marketing campaigns
- Design illustrations and gifs for our blog and docs websites
- Manage end-to-end video production, including video editing and animation
- Assist lead designers with creating visual assets for the product (gifs, icons, illustrations, banners etc.)
- Assist the UX team with up-leveling the visual design of Workato’s user interface
- Collaborate with other designers to provide feedback on their work and help each other grow
- Ideate and problem-solve large/small initiatives with your design lead and fellow designers
- Keep up with industry best practices and share new creative ideas with the team
- Utilize collaborative communication tools like Slack, Figma, Jira, Adobe Suite, and others to work closely with team members across projects and time zones
