- Experience: 5+ years of experience designing for SaaS platforms, with a portfolio showcasing strong data visualization work

- Technical Skills: Fluent in Figma and proficient with tools for data visualization and prototyping. Bonus points for knowledge of front-end technologies like React and Tailwind
What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead the design of a new data-driven product tailored for dental professionals
- In this role, you will create compelling data visualizations, streamline the communication of insights, and design experiences that empower users to take meaningful action
- You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to deliver high-impact features that prioritize simplicity, clarity, and usability
- Design end-to-end experiences for our new SaaS product, focusing on data visualization and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, workflows, and interactions
- Use a “Good, Better, Best” framework to iterate quickly, delivering functional solutions while striving for continuous refinement
- Translate complex data into intuitive, visually compelling experiences that clinicians can easily interpret and act upon
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to ensure a user-centered design approach
- Work within and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the product
Our take
Dentistry practices have remained relatively unchanged over the past 30 years as the field has shown an active bias against AI-powered technology. VideaHealth is disrupting the market, providing greater transparency to dentists, insurers, and patients through its cavity-detecting AI-powered software.
The company recently gained FDA clearance, after an FDA trial showed that dentists using VideaHealth’s AI experienced a 43% reduction in missed cavities and a 15% reduction in inaccurate cavity detection: unlocking the most economic health value through more immediate (and appropriate) dental treatment recommendations.
The company finds strong competitors in fellow dental AI companies Overjet and Pearl. VideaHealth will need to focus on further developing its AI diagnostic abilities as it aims for expansion across the US and Canada. The company’s impressive list of investors, and strategic partnerships with leading DSOs, have it well-placed to support millions of patients as it aims to be the overall leader in dental AI solutions.
