- Proven ability to build segmentation logic and lead scoring models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and sales/marketing alignment
- Superb communication skills with a strong bias for cross-functional collaboration
- A 4-year bachelor’s degree, preferably with a business or analytical focus
What the job involves
- Zocdoc's most important asset is our people. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will help power Zocdoc's growth by enabling effective, data-driven marketing strategies to reach and convert provider audiences
- You will lead segmentation, campaign infrastructure, lead scoring, and performance reporting—ensuring we attract, engage, and convert the right providers, efficiently
- Building and maintaining a system of provider segmentation for marketing campaigns
- Managing campaign execution infrastructure across the go-to-market tech stack (e.g. Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Developing and maintaining lead scoring models that inform touch points and sales handoff
- Working cross-functionally to define and refine MQL and SQL criteria
- Supporting performance tracking across the marketing funnel (e.g. engagement, MQLs, handoffs, pipeline)
- Partnering with RevOps and Data teams to align systems and ensure segment delivery and attribution
- Driving operational improvements and ensuring best practices are implemented across marketing tools and processes
