Passionate about developing innovative software solutions

8+ years of professional hands-on software development experience
Strong experience in Python Development, including hands on coding experience
Proven track record in leading building SaaS products
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and AWS Services (Lambda, Redshift, DynamoDB, Elastic search, SNS, SQS, ..)
Experience of the DevOps lifecycle including the CI/CD practices
Full stack - design, build, test, deliver and support
Experience with estimating delivery times and splitting functional requirements into smaller technical deliverables
Knowledge of data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Spark)

Desirable

Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Staff Engineer to join our dynamic team working on fighting financial crime through a transaction monitoring solution

Design, build, and maintain complex applications that scale with our growing customer base
Lead technical architecture discussions, ensuring the platform is performant, maintainable, and secure
Raise the bar for technical excellence through code, documentation, and reviews
Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance the engineering workflow
Define and drive best practices in testing, observability, and system reliability
Champion a culture of technical excellence and innovation, influencing engineering direction across multiple teams or domains
Coach and mentor engineers in their implementations, fostering technical growth and collaboration
