- As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our Core product pillars, including our booking management, payment, team management and business scalability teams
- In this role, you'll be responsible for developing the strategic vision and overseeing the development of innovative solutions that solve real customer problems and help them achieve their business goals as a result
- You'll think creatively about how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to build intelligent systems that scale effortlessly, transforming foundational experiences into competitive advantages
- You'll work closely with the Product, Design, and Engineering leadership teams to bring our product vision to life, and you will manage and coach a team of Product Managers while also being responsible for delivering high-impact features
- Define the overall product vision, strategy and roadmaps for our core products including our booking, payments, team management, and business scalability systems
- Think strategically about how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to build smarter, more intuitive core experiences that reduce friction and unlock new possibilities for our users
- Champion user needs and use both qualitative and quantitative data to make quick, high-quality product decisions
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning; provide coaching and mentorship to support their professional growth
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make thoughtful business decisions to optimize product performance
- Lead cross-functional product initiatives with other areas of the business including Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure alignment on product priorities and successful product launches
- Pioneer new initiatives that will help improve operational efficiency and move the needle on key business metrics
- Champion new ways of working, leveraging AI to optimize the product development lifecycle so that we can get more value to customers faster

With little competition in this niche, GlossGenius has swiftly captured a large market share, with triple-digit year on year revenue growth. It serves over 1000,000 businesses and has raised more than $70M.
With this funding, the company is aiming to accelerate platform development off the back of the release of consumer experience, payment and automation products. And it is well on the way to fulfilling its long-term aim of developing into the Toast of the beauty industry.
