A junior engineer or a recent graduate with a strong technical background
Proficient in using—or quick to learn—tools like Retool, Clay.com, Causal, Segment, and Google BigQuery
Experienced with light coding and automation, comfortable with APIs and data manipulation
A future entrepreneur passionate about technology and its application in business
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Excellent communicator, both written and verbally
Eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative without constant direction

What the job involves

We are seeking a technically proficient and motivated Growth Engineer to join our team as a Founders Associate
You will work directly with the founding team on special projects, focusing on growth initiatives across the company
Utilize technical tools such as Retool, Clay.com, Causal, Segment, and Google BigQuery to support various business functions
Automate workflows and integrate systems using low or no-code solutions to enhance efficiency
Analyze data flows and leverage analytics to drive business decisions and growth strategies
Collaborate on sales, marketing operations, and financial planning, applying your technical skills to solve complex problems
A typical workday is from 8 am to 6 pm. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining integrations using tools like Zapier and Clay.com to streamline data flows
Analyzing data with Google BigQuery and Segment to provide insights for growth strategies
Assisting in the creation of automated workflows to reduce manual processes
Automating outbound email and working domain DNS and AI email tools for scale
Contributing to pitch decks and board presentations with data visualizations and technical insights
