Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment in fast-growing tech or SaaS environments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Mission-driven with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excel in uncovering diverse top talent through innovative recruitment, crafting powerful employer branding
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Knowledge of Bitcoin is a nice to have
What the job involves
- We’re expanding and looking for another technical recruiter to join our team!
- The ideal candidate will help to source, attract and land qualified candidates across the different technical functions to help support our mission and achieve our growth goals
- Please note this will be a 3 month contract, with potential opportunity to extend
- Work with HR, Hiring Managers, and other business leaders to identify and fill current talent needs and build the pipeline for future openings, specifically for technical roles
- Generate creative talent pipelines with a strong focus on excellence and a growth mindset
- Manage and leverage relationships with industry organizations and key external stakeholders to maximize effective outreach and continuously explore best practices
- Interview and screen candidates as cultural and competent fits for open roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding, ensuring a great candidate experience
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to refine core competency screening models and close roles with A players
- Create strong job descriptions and outreach messages to attract top talent
