Who you are
- This is a role designed for a sales professional who excels at cultivating lasting partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience: 2+ years of Account Management or Account Executive experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through account expansion
- Skills: Proficiency in relationship-based selling techniques and methodologies such as MEDDPICC; strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach (or similar), and Gong (or similar) to manage and analyze sales activities effectively
- Mindset: A passion for customer success, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- The Corporate Sales Team is pivotal to Miro’s go-to-market strategy, focusing on driving growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers
- As a Commercial Account Manager on this team, you will join a dynamic, high-performing group that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and championing Miro’s mission to empower teams to create the next big thing

- As a Commercial Account Manager on the Corporate Sales Team, you will play a critical role in expanding Miro’s footprint within existing accounts by identifying opportunities to drive additional value and adoption
- Your primary responsibility will be deepening relationships with customers, demonstrating how Miro’s platform can address evolving business needs, and driving expansion opportunities within organizations ranging from 400 to 2,000 employees
- Account Growth: Develop and execute account plans to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, ensuring customers derive maximum value from Miro
- Relationship Building: Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders, including C-Level and VP-Level executives, by understanding their business challenges and aligning Miro’s solutions to their goals
- Value Selling: Leverage Miro’s platform to address evolving customer needs, tailoring presentations and proposals to highlight new use cases and measurable ROI
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless adoption of new solutions
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities, accurately forecasting revenue growth within your accounts
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their objectives and expand their use of Miro
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to enhance your ability to drive meaningful conversations and identify opportunities

Tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams already provide remote communication platforms to millions of users, but they generally compromise on features required to emulate the team collaboration experience.
Miro has created a platform that provides enterprise tools such as collaborative whiteboards and mind-map software into an accessible and integrated service. As opposed to providing an 'all-in-one' add on, Miro allows businesses to customize and integrate the tools and resources within their individual platform to cater to the team's specific requirements.

The platform currently has over 100M users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog.
