Staff Technical Project Management, PlayStation

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience as a Project Manager
• Proven experience with modern software development methodologies, especially SCRUM/Agile
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of tracking and reporting on projects, resolving delays, and managing project dependency issues
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse teams across different timezones
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently under pressure, prioritize effectively, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, self-starter who can efficiently balance and respond to problems with the appropriate level of urgency
• Independent problem-solving skills and ability to detail resolutions accurately
• Effective prioritization and clear roadmap communication abilities required across various business functions and geographies
