What the job involves

We’re looking for a part-time Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our NYC headquarters, and help create a welcoming, well-organized, and people-first workplace
You’ll report and partner closely with our Operations & Workplace lead to support office operations and employee experience
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and running smoothly day to day
Manage relationships with office vendors (cleaning, catering, supplies, etc.)
Oversee office supplies, swag, and inventory
Support onboarding and office access for employees and guests
Assist with meeting logistics and small office events
Help bring employee experience and culture initiatives to life in the office
