What the job involves

As a Optimization Associate, Search and Social you will be responsible for the execution of paid search and YouTube Social campaigns utilizing our proprietary technology, insights, and optimization tactics
The role involves a combination of hands-on campaign management, data analysis, pre-sale strategy development, and cross-team collaboration to ensure client satisfaction. (Please note, internally your title will be Campaign Manager, Search and Social)
Most of all, an Optimization Associate should be excited to novel challenges with outside the box thinking. This role is hybrid
Subject matter expert in Google Search or YouTube ads
Ongoing management of campaign performance, campaign delivery, and campaign profitability
Analyze data and implement optimization tactics to execute advertising campaigns based on client objectives
Develop actionable insights and make recommendations to internal Client Services team
Monitor and analyze reporting on a frequent basis to ensure optimal delivery and performance of campaigns
Work with Strategy, Sales, and Client Services to ensure client success
Contribute to the development of best practices
