What the job involves
- Get ready for an exciting role as part of our growing team in Poland! Working alongside our amazing Polish team, you'll be our go-to person for all things community and marketing in the Polish market. Your mission? To grow and strengthen HOLY's presence in Poland - taking our existing community to the next level
- Moderating and managing our Polish community channels across key platforms
- Growing the HOLY Squad through engaging community initiatives while serving as the first point of contact for Squad members — handling order inquiries, resolving issues, and making every interaction feel personal and on-brand
- Collaborating with creators and agencies to produce fresh, local content for paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Adapting and translating global content for the Polish market, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency
- Working closely with central marketing teams to localize and execute campaigns that truly land in Poland
- This role offers an incredible opportunity to shape the future of one of Europe's fastest-growing DTC brands while developing your skills across multiple marketing disciplines

- Hiring Manager Interview (30 min) — You’ll meet Piotr, our Country Manager Poland, to go deeper on your background, ambitions, and how you’d drive our growth on the Polish market
- Peer interview with Inga: You will get to know Inga, our Marketing Manager and your direct supervisor
- Case Study & Team day (90 min) — Once the first interviews go well, you’ll receive a short case study and come into our Berlin HQ to discuss it. You’ll also meet peers and potential direct reports to get a feel for the team and culture
- You receive a HOLY offer — If everything aligns, we’ll make you an offer and look forward to building HOLY Poland together

Our take
The soft drinks industry is big business, estimated to reach a value of over $600 billion by 2030. However, many of the biggest brands are full of unhealthy and unethically sourced ingredients that are not in line with the push for more sustainable products. HOLY is a German company that wants to disrupt the soft drink industry with healthier and more ethically sourced alternatives.
HOLY’s two flagship products are its energy drink and iced tea. With sugar and taurine-free ingredients, the products come in powder form, which saves 90% on packaging and significantly decreases the amount of CO2 emissions from manufacture and transport compared to canned drinks.
As with many soft drinks, HOLY’s branding is key. Its vivid designs and online presence increase its appeal for the gaming community, who would typically lean toward large competitors such as Monster Energy. With good funding at its back and a 2026 push into the UK market, HOLY is on the right path to compete with well-established rivals, having sold more than 10 million drinks solely via its online marketplace.
