FP&A Director, Mashgin

• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, with a strong understanding of financial cycles and reporting
• Demonstrated experience with large datasets, revenue, and cash flow modeling
• Proficiency in financial systems, such as SAP, Hyperion, Pigment, Sapien, or PowerBI
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, influence senior leadership and convey complex financial insights to various stakeholders across the organization
• Strong commitment to detail, accuracy, consistency and ability to problem solve and come up with creative solutions with various tools and methods
• Thrives in a fast paced environment

Desirable

• This is an intermediate position where you will be responsible for all FP&A duties at Mashgin. As the director of FP&A you will be responsible for leading the FP&A team at Mashgin, be a partner to all of the business leads within the company, and be a financial guiding light to assist the C-suite in making prudent, strategic and timely decisions for each team and for the company as a whole

• Responsible for enhancing company operations through the in-depth analysis of financial data, revenue and cost models, as well as long-range plans, annual budgets and three statement reporting
• Developing strategies to optimize financial performance while maintaining financial systems, and ensuring efficient data flow and reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial reporting and monthly budget vs actual processes with all business units
• Building and managing an FP&A team with cross-functional capabilities and strong analytical prowess
