Who you are

This position requires a strong aptitude for identifying customer business needs and building relationships with primary influencers in the purchasing decision process
The ideal candidate has extensive customer-facing experience and is comfortable with developing mid- and long-term strategies, sales forecasting, and other business needs
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Telecom Sales/Carrier Sales Management and has demonstrated a consistent, successful sales track record. Experience in the Telecom industry required
Messaging experience is a plus and/or CPaaS highly desired
Team player with strong interpersonal and excellent written/verbal communication skills who can develop strong relationships with internal and external parties
Experience with negotiating, decision-making, and closing with prospects as well as customers
Flexible self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Excited and motivated to drive the growth of a cutting-edge consumer brand
Willing and able to travel and work in a global team of professionals
Proficient with various technical tools such as: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), etc

What the job involves

The Voice Account Executive on the Strategic Enterprise & Digital Native squad is a hunter role responsible for managing customer relationships and the development and performance of all sales activities in their assigned market
This is a unique opportunity to help build a high growth business and over time take on additional responsibilities
Manages outcome-based customer relationships
Implements a sales strategy to ensure that sales meet or exceed sales targets
Develops and delivers accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts that are in line with business objectives
