Who you are
- This is a high-impact executive role for a customer-obsessed leader who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and go-to-market strategy—and who’s passionate about building high-performing teams that deliver measurable outcomes
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical leadership in SaaS or data companies
- Proven record of building, scaling, and inspiring global pre-sales teams
- Deep expertise in modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and governance frameworks
- Experience partnering with Sales to shape deal strategy, influence growth, and demonstrate value
- Strong history of aligning technical teams with Product and Engineering to drive innovation
- Background designing scalable enablement programs for technology and channel partners
- Exceptional communication and executive presence with customers, partners, and C-suite stakeholders

What the job involves
- Immuta’s Global Solution Architecture Team turns this mission into reality. We help customers and partners operationalize data provisioning—automating how data is governed, requested, and delivered across complex ecosystems
- The team combines deep technical expertise with customer empathy, working alongside Sales, Product, and Customer Success to help the world’s most data-driven organizations eliminate access barriers and accelerate innovation
- As Vice President, Global Solution Architecture, you’ll lead Immuta’s worldwide pre-sales organization—defining the technical vision and engagement model that drive revenue, trust, and adoption
- Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll work with a global team of Solution Architects who partner across Sales, Product, and Engineering to design policy-driven, compliant data solutions for enterprise and public sector customers
- Lead a high-performing Solution Architecture team across North America, EMEA, and APJ
- Define a unified global pre-sales framework that reflects Immuta’s category leadership in data provisioning
- Partner with Sales to ensure technical engagement drives pipeline growth, customer success, and measurable business outcomes
- Set the bar for technical excellence in solution design, demos, proof-of-value execution, and ROI storytelling
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success so customer insights shape roadmap and delivery
- Work with the Alliances team to develop and scale enablement programs for technology and channel partners
- Track and optimize performance through key metrics such as time-to-data, proof-of-concept success, and automation rate
- Foster a culture of curiosity, empathy, and innovation centered on customer outcomes

Immuta provides a cloud-native data governance platform for organizations to automate data access control, security, and privacy compliance, ensuring each user who queries data sees only the data they’re supposed to see, for their approved purpose or role.
The platform gives data engineers and operations teams universal access to data in order to automate and control access throughout the cloud infrastructure. It does so by utilizing attribute-based access control, which both enhances scalability and improves ease of access.
