Who you are
- 2+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper-growth global tech company)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and enablement strategies
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Eye for design and attention to detail, ensuring materials align with brand standards
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing tech projects
What the job involves
- You will manage multiple lead generation streams within the Sales channel, focusing on expanding outreach to business owners across Europe and encouraging them to open an account with Vivid Money
- Your role will involve generating and executing innovative ideas to enhance outreach, managing project workflows, setting up operational processes, driving sales initiatives, ensuring CRM readiness, and coordinating the technical implementation of new strategies with the Product Team
- Launch, test and refine complex multi-channel campaigns with a focus on growth and
- Impact. Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage leads across multiple
- Channels, including email campaigns, calls, social media outreach, and other creative tactics
- Develop and maintain sales materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, email templates, etc.)
- Tailored to different buyer personas and journey stages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead outreach processes and track
- Performance
- Conduct research to inform the product roadmap and monitor competitors
