Who you are

Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent training
4-6 years of adtech sales / consulting / technical experience
General knowledge and strong understanding of the overall ad technology ecosystem (Ad servers, SSP, DSP, RTB, etc.), ad servers, ad formats, 3P data, and other related products
Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data Evaluation experience
Excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills
Strong and active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products, services, and deal structures

What the job involves

The DV+ Platform Revenue team is responsible for managing all of the largest supply partners on Magnite’s DV+ platform, which handles all non-CTV formats
We are the primary point of contact for these clients, and we partner with them to optimize their integration, consult on new industry trends/headwinds, and manage their day-to-day needs in the platform in order to maximize their monetization. We partner cross-functionally with many other internal Magnite teams to help our clients achieve their goals
Serve as the primary point of contact and ongoing consultant to large supply partners, while managing working across multiple accounts
Analyze customer accounts and partner with customers to provide unique opportunities for new business initiatives
Monitor customer accounts for changes in key inventory/yield metrics, and provide customized analytics/reviews to customers
Provide consultation to customers regarding new revenue opportunities to increase the value of their inventory and increase overall account revenue
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including Operations, Product, Engineering and Finance
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to review performance and present strategy/product roadmap updates

Due to the rise in mobile and smart devices in recent years, the way in which advertisement publishers must format their ads is changing. A key example of this is TV, advertisements that present immediate calls to action within a Connected TV user interface, but publishing ads in such a format is currently inaccessible to most publishers.

Magnite provides a sell-side omnichannel advertisement platform for publishers, focused on facilitating the selling of advertising on all formats including CTV, mobile, desktop, and audio. In addition to facilitating the buying and selling of omnichannel ads, the company also provides a real-time ad performance dashboard, data protection and compliance tools, and insights into buying and selling patterns.

Whilst other omnichannel advertisement platforms present significant competition to the company, Magnite stands out by providing an end-to-end marketplace for the buying, selling, management, and analysis of ads. Furthermore, by focussing its efforts on cutting-edge formats such as CTV, the company shows great potential to futureproof itself within the advertisement industry.
