Who you are
- 3+ years PQE
- Legal experience from a reputable law firm or in-house at an asset management firm in financial services including financing transactions, funds formation or M&A transactions
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

What the job involves
- As a member of our Legal Team, you are a transactional lawyer with financing experience and are now ready to make an impact and take ownership of deals
- You feel comfortable working with various stakeholders both, in-house and externally, on various legal matters and love taking initiative
- You are looking for a significant opportunity to grow professionally
- With us, this means taking on big-ticket cross border financing deals from A to Z—from NDA to closing
- Take the lead on and work with various stakeholders/departments on complex financing transactions (cross-border), partnerships, and investment agreements
- Handle legal matters in other related fields such as securities law, corporate governance, financial services regulation and litigation
- Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial contracts, including service agreements and related documents with partners, resellers, and vendors
- Interface with and manage support from foreign legal counsels
- Provide general support on other corporate and commercial matters
