Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
- 3+ years of Leave Management
- Experience with high volume onboarding and offboarding processes
- Exposure to employee relations and manager coaching preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, or similar) is a plus
- Compensation range of $60-110K USD base salary plus discretional annual bonus opportunity
What the job involves
- We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to support our Payments organization. This role will serve as a key partner to employees and managers, helping ensure a seamless employee experience through effective onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR support.
- The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to provide thoughtful coaching and guidance on routine employee matters
- Manage and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience
- Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit processes, documentation, and system updates
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on basic employee relations, performance conversations, and HR policies
- Support employee lifecycle activities including job changes, promotions, and data updates
- Partner with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with HR initiatives, programs, and projects as needed
